The first thing you probably notice when viewing an attorney's website is their case "success" stories. Several DUI defense attorney websites tend to have a long list of positive case results, but rarely detail how such results are achieved. For instance, most websites do not detail whether jail time was avoided in lieu of a more lucrative plea deal.
